Sarah is highly experienced with over 20 years of expertise spanning the public, private, and charity sectors. Her background includes a strong focus on performance management and quality assurance within the NHS, where she played a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency. She then made the transition to the charity sector leading a homeless charity, where she was instrumental in developing programs and initiatives that significantly improved the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Sarah currently assists a national charity that supports social action projects in the UK grow and replicate across the country through accessing coaching, teaching, and support that’s been developed for organisations in the early stages of development. Her commitment to community service is further exemplified by her role as a trustee of a homeless charity, where she provides governance and oversight to ensure the charity’s mission is effectively fulfilled. She is also currently completing a doctorate at Durham University, and has spent the last few years conducting fieldwork researching how the local church navigated the pandemic and how this shapes faith and the local church moving forward.
