EXPERIENCE
Sarah's experience and expertise includes both operational and strategic focus, giving her a unique, holistic skill set when it comes to organisational support. This combination results in astute attention to detail whilst holding in sight the bigger vision.
Sarah is highly experienced with over 20 years of expertise spanning the public, private, and charity sectors. Her background includes a strong focus on performance management and quality assurance within the NHS, where she played a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring national government policies were implemented at local level. She then made the transition to the charity sector leading a homeless charity, where she was instrumental in developing programs and initiatives that significantly improved the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Sarah then made the transition from a local charity to a national one, and now oversees the design and delivery of their learning & development programmes and impact measurement. She is also currently completing a doctorate at Durham University in Theology & Ministry, and has spent the last few years conducting fieldwork researching how the UK church navigated the pandemic.
With her diverse skill set and passion for making a difference, Sarah is dedicated to driving positive change and enhancing organisational performance.
PERSONALLY
Her commitment to community service is exemplified by her role as a trustee in her local community for a homeless charity, where she provides governance and oversight to ensure the charity’s mission is effectively fulfilled.
Sarah lives in Lincolnshire with her husband and three children. She loves exploring the countryside walking her dogs, whilst planning her next trip abroad in her quest to visit new and exciting places around the world!
